1. How can I attract more visitors to my stand?

Fairs are key marketing instruments for companies, as they bring together supply and demand. Participation in fairs requires fundamental prior work. If you want to ensure that your participation in Cevisama is a success, contact us by sending an email to cevisama@feriavalencia.com.

3. How can I obtain the assembly passes?

The assembly and dismantling passes can be collected at the assembly and services office located on Level 2, Pavilion 6 bis.

To request the form, please email personalmontajes@feriavalencia.com and we will send you the information by email.

4. How many exhibitor passes will I receive?

Each exhibitor is entitled to 3 badges for the first 16m2 and 2 badges for each additional 16m2, up to a maximum of 100 badges.

5. How do I get there and where can I stay?

Cevisama offers its visitors and exhibitors accommodations and transportation options to get to the fair. Check out all the options we provide here.

6. How do I get a Invitation Letter to travel to Cevisama?

You must complete the “Invitation Letter” form. With this information, Cevisama will generate a document that you need to print and present to the Spanish Embassy at least 2 months before the event. For any questions, please refer to the Spanish Embassy’s website: www.mae.es.
