The setup and dismantling passes can be collected at the assembly and services office located on Level 2, Pavilion 6 bis.
To request the form, send an email to personalmontajes@feriavalencia.com, and we will send you the information via email.
Each exhibitor is entitled to 3 passes for the first 16m² and 2 passes for each additional 16m², up to a maximum of 100 passes.

You must complete the “Invitation Letter” form. With this information, Cevisama will generate a document that you need to print and present to the Spanish Embassy at least 2 months before the event. For any questions, please refer to the Spanish Embassy’s website: www.mae.es
