Some of the foremost operators in the ceramic tile and bathroom industry are poised to return to Cevisama, to an edition that is set to be better than any other in recent years: Cevisama 2017, which runs from 10th to 24th February at Feria Valencia. Manufacturers share the view that prospects are good for the upcoming show and also concur that Cevisama is a great opportunity as a business platform and international showcase for their latest designs, especially at a time when, as is the case right now, domestic demand is rekindling and the fair is consolidating its international standing. Royo Group, Rocersa, Greco Gres, Nuovvo, Profiltek, Grupo Puma, Emilcerámica and Torvisco Group are just some of the most notable companies coming back to Spain’s leading trade fair this year.
Raúl Royo, CEO of Royo Group, one of the returnees, has highlighted that the Group is committed to Cevisama and is confident that the fair will continue to consolidate itself as an international platform, positioning Spanish manufacturing as a benchmark for quality and innovation. “Cevisama has worked hard to ensure that a considerable number of those who visit have responsibility for purchasing, as well driving to increase the number of top international companies exhibiting,” he said.
Josep Gimeno, marketing director at Rocersa, shares his positive outlook: “We believe that Cevisama 2017 will be a milestone in our corporate strategy and will help position us once more as a point of reference within the ceramic tile industry.”
Another of the companies returning to Cevisama is Greco Gres. Its marketing director, Carmen Luna, notes that the Feria Valencia show “is consolidating its leading role in the international arena and the sector is rewarding it for its efforts.”
Nuovvo, for its part, is focusing on the new product lines it will be showing and, according to general manager Daniel Morata, considers that 2017 will be “an ideal year to present ourselves as a company that is well-established in the industry – and where better to do that than at the main international event in our country.”
Profiltek managing director, Félix Lafuente, is unequivocal: “We think it is essential that we be there.” In his opinion, “As one of Spain’s leading players and given the growing importance of the domestic market, we absolutely have to be at Cevisama 2017.”
Echoing this sentiment is Torvisco Group, which is making a return to the international ceramic tile and bathroom fair convinced that Cevisama will be “the most important sales and marketing event of the year for us.” Their Communications director, Patricia Torvisco, adds that “this is an opportunity to meet customers, suppliers and professionals and a unique opportunity to build our brand image.”
New exhibitors in the fixing materials and tools sector are coming on board Cevisama too, including Grupo Puma whose marketing director, Carmen Jiménez, places special emphasis on the “high expectations as regards visitor numbers” to the upcoming edition of the fair. For her, too, it is the ideal place “for attracting new customers from the international arena and a unique platform for showcasing our latest innovations.”
Also returning to Cevisama are Italian manufacturers such as Emilceramica. “We are banking on Cevisama to strengthen the position of our group in Spain and afford us the opportunity to approach other markets that are faithful to the fair,” says Export Sales Manager Óscar Baracchi.
Def Mediterráneo is doubling its commitment to Cevisama for this next edition and for this company, according to managers Luis Pérez and Antonio Climent, “the fair is the country’s leading event in the field of ceramic tiles and is the best place for us to showcase our values and the products we have developed.”
