The first ever “Best Interior Design on a Stand” awards have a winner. The jury, comprised of three design and interior design experts – Jordi Ribaudí, Jorge Belloch and Marcel Benedito – awarded first prize to manufacturer Smalticeram España for their stand. They also awarded two runner-up prizes to manufacturers Baños 10 and Sanyc Ces. Last but not least, the jury gave special mentions to tile manufacturers CAS Cerámica and Azuvi.
Aspects being assessed included “quality, originality, innovation, shapes, materials and the overall harmony between the stand as a ‘container’ and the products on display as ‘content’.” The competition was organised by the Official College of Interior Designers of the Comunidad Valenciana (CDICV).
