01 de febrero 2023 .- The forthcoming Cevisama trade fair kicks off on 27 February hosting companies from all over the world. One of them is MESbook, which has set out to help the ceramics industry minimise the impact of rising raw material prices and supply issues, to name but two examples.
Their MES/MOM system, and some of its features tailored to the ceramics industry, keeps track of costs, quality, and productivity in real time.
“We know purchase price targets are set annually and the ceramic industry has seen a lot of purchase price fluctuations for various raw materials such as clay and energy,” says the company. “MESbook can display the actual purchase price deviation by updating the purchase price of each of the materials included in a specific manufacturing order. This allows real-time analysis of the situation in the plant versus the target set which, in turn, makes it possible to take tactical measures.”
If you’d like to learn about all the advantages of using this system in your business, we look forward to seeing you from 27 February to 3 March at Feria Valencia.
